Accessibility statement.
IPMG TMS is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance and continually review our site against that standard.
Conformance target
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. WCAG is the international consensus standard developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We target Level AA across the public-facing pages of ipmgtms.com.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML. Headings are hierarchical; landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) are present on every page.
- Keyboard operability. Every interactive element — including the map pins on the home page — is reachable and operable via keyboard.
- Visible focus indicators. A visible focus ring is rendered on every keyboard-focused element, distinct from hover state.
- Color contrast. Body text and interactive elements are tested against the 4.5:1 contrast ratio required at AA. The "ivory + ink" palette was chosen for its high contrast against off-white paper.
- Accessible names & ARIA. SVG illustrations carry
role="img"and descriptive labels; decorative graphics are markedaria-hidden. - Alternative text. Informative images have alt text; decorative images do not.
- Responsive layout. The site reflows to small viewports without horizontal scrolling and supports browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
- Form labels. Every form control on the booking page is associated with a visible
<label>.
Known limitations
We are honest about gaps. The following are areas where we may not yet fully conform:
- The home-page map relies on visual hover states for pin details; a screen-reader user reaches each pin via tab focus and an accessible name, but the geographic relationships are not fully conveyed in the non-visual modality. We are working on a parallel text-list view of all 33 locations (already partially available via the Directory toggle and on the directory page).
- Embedded third-party content (e.g., future Google Maps embeds on individual clinic pages) inherits Google’s accessibility properties and may not meet our internal standard. We will document those limitations on each clinic page when they are embedded.
Assistive technologies tested
The site is tested against current versions of the following:
- VoiceOver on macOS / iOS (Safari)
- NVDA on Windows (Firefox, Chrome)
- JAWS on Windows (Chrome) — sample testing
- Browser zoom 100% / 150% / 200%
- Keyboard-only navigation

Approach
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time milestone. We integrate accessibility checks into our development process, retest after meaningful changes, and treat accessibility issues with the same priority as functional bugs.
