All Deep TMS sessions are administered by credentialed TMS technicians under the medical supervision of the IPMG TMS psychiatry team. Protocol selection — standard 6-week, accelerated SWIFT, or H7 OCD-targeted — is decided at consultation based on your indication, prior treatments, and schedule.

All FDA-cleared BrainsWay Deep TMS indications are available at IPMG TMS Redlands. The most common reasons patients in this catchment area come to us:
- Treatment-resistant depression — adults whose depression has not lifted after one or more medication trials.
- Anxious depression — depression with prominent anxiety; the indication on which BrainsWay’s H1 is uniquely cleared.
- OCD — treated with the H7 coil; IPMG TMS has H7 at this location.
- Late-life depression — older adults intolerant of medication side effects.
- Adolescent depression — ages 15–21, as an adjunct to therapy and medication.
